Adding a floor plan to your listing not only enhances the overall viewing experience for property seekers but also contributes to a higher Listing Quality Score. A clear layout helps potential buyers or tenants understand the flow and dimensions of the space before arranging a physical or virtual viewing.
There are two easy ways to include a floor plan when creating your listing on AgentNet:

Select from PropertyGuru’s Floor Plan Library

Upload an external floor plan from your device
Option 1: Add a Floor Plan from Our Library #
As of 1 June 2023, active agent partners can conveniently select floor plans from our built-in Floor Plan Library via AgentNet on desktop or mobile web.
Steps to Select from the Library: #

Navigate to the ‘Add Floor Plans – Select Floor Plans From Our Library’ section.

Click ‘Select from Library’.

Based on your listing’s Project Name, Number of Bedrooms, and Number of Bathrooms, matching floor plans will be displayed.

Choose the floor plan(s) that best represent your unit.

Click ‘Done’ to confirm your selection.
Your selected floor plan(s) will now be included in your listing.
Note: This service is complimentary for all active PropertyGuru Singapore (PGSG) agent partners.
Option 2: Upload an External Floor Plan #
If you already have a floor plan saved on your device, you can upload it directly to your listing.
Steps to Upload a Floor Plan: #

Go to the ‘Add Floor Plans – Upload Floor Plans’ section.

Click ‘Drag & Drop / Add Floor Plans’.

Choose the file(s) from your device and click ‘Open’.
Your uploaded floor plan(s) will now be added to your listing.
By including a floor plan, you improve listing transparency and attract more serious, well-informed enquiries.
