Update Your Listings

Last update: October 3, 2023

Updated: 6 February 2024

Landed properties often have unique addresses that may not appear in the pre-populated list when creating a listing. To ensure your property is visible and searchable by potential property seekers, you’ll need to create a temporary location with accurate details.

Follow these simple steps to do so on the AgentNet mobile app:

1. Create a Temporary Location #

If your property does not appear in the drop-down list, tap ‘Still can’t find it? Create a temporary location’ to begin setting up a custom entry.

2. Input Location and Property Type #

Provide accurate location details and select the appropriate property type.
Note: These fields are final and cannot be edited once the listing is created, so please ensure all information is correct before proceeding.

3. Enter the Postal Code #

This is a mandatory field when creating a temporary location.

  • The postal code will not be visible to property seekers.

  • You can set the map to display only an approximate location for privacy purposes.

4. Complete the Remaining Location Details #

Continue entering the necessary location and property information. Once done, tap ‘Next’ to proceed.

5. Add Full Property Information #

Provide all required listing details such as asking price, size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, availability, and furnishing.
Listings with complete and detailed information typically attract more interest.
Refer to our [Post a Listing (Mobile)] guide for a full walkthrough on creating a listing.

6. Publish Your Listing #

After completing all sections, proceed to publish your listing to make it live on PropertyGuru.

By ensuring your landed property listing is complete and accurate, you help property seekers find your listing faster and increase your chances of generating quality leads.
