Posting a new listing on AgentNet is quick and easy. Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure your listing is accurate, attractive, and optimised for the best results.
Step 1: Create Your Listing #
From your AgentNet dashboard, click the “+ Create Listing” button to get started.
Step 2: Enter the Property Location #

Begin typing the exact address or project name of your property.

If the property doesn’t appear in the drop-down list, click “Still can’t find it? Create a temporary location” to manually input the property details.
Pro Tip: Some properties may have more than one postal code. Double-check and select the correct one from the list to ensure accuracy.
Step 3: Specify Listing Type #
Select whether the property is:

For Sale
-
For Rent
-
Or a Room for Rent
Step 4: Add Property Details #
Fill in all relevant details, such as:

Listing price
-
Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

Floor size
-
Furnishing status
-
Unit availability date
Step 5: Write a Compelling Headline & Description #
Craft an engaging headline and detailed property description to attract potential buyers or tenants.

Step 6: Upload Photos and Media #
Make your listing visually appealing with:

High-quality property photos

Floor plans, videos, or virtual tours
You can:

Drag and drop images from your computer

Rearrange the order of your photos to highlight key areas (e.g. living room, kitchen)
Step 7: Review Ad Credit Requirements #
Before publishing, you’ll see:

The number of Ad Credits needed to Post, Repost, Boost, or Turbo your listing

Ad Credit cost is determined by Optimus and may change over time based on listing quality, location, and competition
Step 8: Final Review & Publish #
Check all listing details on the Summary Page.
Once you’re satisfied, click “Post Now” to publish your listing.
Pro Tip: Use Repost regularly to refresh your listing’s date and bring it back to the top of search results!
