When property seekers search for a home, they’re looking for available properties. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, it’s important to remove or update listings that have already been sold or rented. This helps prevent confusion and keeps your Agent Profile accurate and credible.
How to Mark a Listing as Sold or Rented #

Log in to AgentNet and go to your Active Listings tab.

Locate the listing you wish to update and click the three-dot menu on the top right corner of the listing card.

Select ‘Mark as Sold/Rented’ or ‘Deactivate’.
By selecting ‘Mark as Sold/Rented’, your listing will be moved to your Past Listings section. This not only frees up space for more active listings but also helps demonstrate your track record of successful transactions on your Agent Profile under the ‘Property Listings’ tab.
If the property is no longer relevant or needed in your portfolio, you may choose to delete it:

Go to Past Listings.

Locate the listing you want to remove.

Click ‘Delete’ to permanently remove it from your account.
By regularly updating your listing status, you ensure that your Agent Profile reflects your active portfolio and your past successes—building trust with potential clients and enhancing your credibility.
